I run a small business near York from which I specialise in making and decorating cakes for Weddings and Special Occasions. All cakes are made with the very finest of ingredients, and I decorate each and every cake by hand exactly to your specification.
I pride myself in making beautifully delicate hand crafted sugar flowers which can be used individually or wired into sprays or posies to decorate your unique cake. Alternatively all flowers, sprays and posies can be purchased separately should you wish to use them on your own cake.
All my hand crafted flower decorations can be adapted to your needs; I can create a wide range of flowers in a full spectrum of colours.
My aim is to achieve all round perfection in the preparation of your unique cake to ensure it will enhance your special day.
I also make a range of cupcakes, cookies and plaques which I can decorate to your particular specification.
I have been awarded a level 5 Food Hygiene rating by the Food Standards Agency. This is classed as 'Very good' and is the highest level available.
I am a member of the British Sugarcraft Guild and have had several photos of my cakes published in the British Sugarcraft Guild magazine as examples of a high standard of craftsmanship.
